We had a little snow this morning.
Marsha has
wanted to participate in an aerobics class, and since there weren’t any in
Biel, she decided to start her own class. Now that she has organized a class at
the hospital, dance schools in Biel have started offering aerobics! But they
are asking for a lot of money. She is going to go ahead and run an aerobics
class on Mondays and Wednesdays from 18:30 to 19:15, beginning April 20th. She
is not asking for a fee and anyone who participates will just have to
understand that she is not a professional aerobic instructor! It is a fun way
to exercise and I have been helping Marsha plan some of the exercise routines.
She wants me to co-lead the class, help with the language, and to take over
when she is away. I’ll try!
